On this page, Megan is doing skip counting by adding various quantities of a given number, like 1's, 2's, 3's and 4's. Then, on page F-1, she starts putting this together for simple multiplication facts, such as 3 times 2, 4 times 2, then, she adds four 2's and three 2's, again refreshing her memory of how skip counting is related to multiplication. Usually when we do these pages, we use our skip counting charts.
Miquon Math page E-25 and F-1 (Sept 27, 2013 and Oct. 3rd 2013 respectively).
