Making purple cabbage pasta

Our science project today was make purple pasta or try to using purple cabbage.  The dough was too wet and perhaps I need to get the processor to chop the pieces up more as the pieces were big and cut the dough.  I also do not need to add any water as the cabbage supplies enough.
