RSS feed of Selected Photos of Dennis Index of Dennis Photo Galleries December 2009, after taken a 3.5 week break from our Gulf Coast Tour, we took a 3 day road trip to Corpus Christi, TX. On the way down we stopped in San Bernard National Wildlife Refuge and did some birdwatching. We started our first full day by visiting Mustang Island State Park, followed by a visit to the Texas State Aquarium. Dennis really enjoyed watching the dolphin show, and seeing the otters and fish swimming. The Second day we visited the Port Aransas Birding Center where there were a lot of ducks and birds, we also went to the Padre Island National Seashore, where Dennis enjoyed playing on the beach and collecting Seashells. On our way back home we stopped at Goose Island State Park, and the Aransas National wildlife refuge. We got to see Whooping Cranes just outside the Goose Island State Park.
